Provencal is exceptionally pleasant and practical
to use, very appealing to those who love good cooking. Knife
blades are made of top grade stainless steel with high carbon
content ensuring a sharp cutting edge; Steak knives and
fruit knives are serrated. Spoons and forks are 18/8 stainless
steel. Handles are blue, black or green acetal resin. Big
brass rivets are an important visual feature of the Provencal
design.
