Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse the online shop, click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. You will be asked to confirm the quantity of each item when you add it to the cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. Your credit card details are encrypted by the website for security.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to post. Backordered items are not charged until they are posted. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax or post if you prefer.

Shipping And Handling

Postage of all cutlery orders within the UK is free (except where stated). Postage and packing are charged on silverware. Where postage is charged on silver items, it includes insurance.Please contact Simon Beer for overseas orders.

Delivery Schedule

We normally send your order to you in one business day.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

VAT at 17.5% is included in all prices.

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
