Taylor's Eye Witness Kitchen Knives

The IF4000 range of knives are designed by Sam Hecht and made by Sheffield's finest craftsmen. The IF4000 Range of knives have melamine handles that are 'cool' to the touch, white and resilient. The blades are made from a high carbon stainless steel that is a combination of carbon, chromium, molybdenum and vanadium - all heat treated to produce a significant strength and flexibility. These knives show British design and manufacture at its best. They have been widely applauded at Ambiente 2005, and are currently entered for various design awards including being nominated for Best in Kitchens section in the Elle Decoration Design Awards 05 in association with Liberty and supported by the Observer.
