This is David Mellor's first range of professional kitchen knives in high grade stainless steel. They exploit the latest technological advances to achieve their unique sculptural form.
Rigorous research has gone into evolving the ideal collection of knives on the grounds of function. This is the set of knives a good cook really needs.
To give the knives their superb cutting edge a high grade carbon steel was selected for the blades, which are fully forged. A double-hardening process has been developed to ensure that the blades are corrosion-resistant.
The degree of hand craftsmanship in the finishing gives these kitchen knives their special quality. Attention to the relative weight of the blade and handle has resulted in a perfect balance in the hand.
